How to Register
Register for a program online using these steps:
- Review the program overview in the Program Catalog.
- Select Find a Program or view our Calendar to find a scheduled program.
- Click the Register link.
- Fill in your personal details on the form.
- Download a Confidentiality Agreement for signature and then return to the IPA offices. (see Confidentiality Agreement below)
- Send in your payment. (see Payments below)
- You will receive an email when we receive your payment and confirm your attendance. (see Cancellation Policy below)
Confidentiality Agreement
The program participant will receive information regarding research findings and other course materials from the IPA Institute. The Confidentiality Agreement acknowledges the agreement of the participant that all information he or she receives is proprietary and confidential to the IPA Institute and that he or she shall not use the information for any purpose other than to assist their company. Payments
The IPA Institute accepts all major credit cards. The fee is due and payable to the Institute at the time of registration. A receipt is automatically generated and sent to you once you have completed all the registrations steps.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation should be necessary, the IPA Institute requires a written or email notification. The policy states that:
With written notification at least 30 days before the course, we will fully refund registration fee
Or
Within 30 days of the course and written notification you may:
- Appoint a substitute without penalty
- If you cannot attend the course for which you are registered, you may transfer to a different scheduled course
- Cancel by sending a written notification before the course begins, which will forfeit half of the course fee
- If you do not show up for the course you will forfeit your entire registration fee
