IPA Institute Continues to Receive Positive Ratings and Remarks from Participants

Participants from courses delivered in 2010 have given the IPA Institute an average rating of 4.4 out of 5 in overall quality. At the conclusion of each IPA Institute seminar, participants are asked to complete a Customer Quality Questionnaire (CQQ), giving them the opportunity to rate the program on a scale of 1-5 (5 being the highest rating) in specific areas such as instructor preparedness, course delivery, materials effectiveness, facility quality, and overall satisfaction.
