The IPA Institute offers the "Exploration and Production Project Best Practices" course for oil and gas exploration and production projects. Unlike our regular "Project Management Best Practices" program, this course focuses specifically on the practices and work processes related to the success of capital investments in exploration and production (E&P). The program incorporates subsurface and offshore issues into the current project management program. Like the other "Project Management Best Practices" program, the "E&P Project Best Practices" course is designed to provide participants with Best Practices and learnings that have been shown to improve capital effectiveness.
