Andrew Griffith, Ph.D., PE, PMP

Andrew is a Master Analyst who has been with IPA since 1997. While at IPA, Andrew has authored several benchmarking studies and individual project evaluations for a wide range of industries and clients including contractor organizations. Andrew has participated in consulting engagements for individual clients including reengineering of capital project systems, special research studies, and Industry Benchmarking Conference and Cost Engineering Committee-funded research projects.

In addition to his work at IPA, Andrew is an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He teaches graduate courses in cost estimating and planning and scheduling.

Prior to joining IPA, Andrew worked for more than 15 years on capital projects as a design engineer, controls engineer, and site project engineer. He is a licensed professional engineer and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Andrew holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
