The IPA Institute will hold a Project Management Best Practices education seminar in Moscow, Russia on April 24-26, 2012 at the Courtyard Moscow Paveletskaya (Kozhevnicheskaya Str 8, Bld. 3, Moscow 115114). This will mark the first-ever IPA Institute course in Moscow.
Project Management Best Practices provides participants with capital project best practices, derived from the analysis of thousands of actual projects, which have shown to improve capital project effectiveness for large projects (above US $10 million). Key benefits include:
