Registration, Payment, and Policies

How to Register
Register for a program online using these steps:

  1. Review the program overview in the Program Catalog.
  2. Select Find a Program or view our Calendar to find a scheduled program.
  3. Click the Register link.
  4. Fill in your personal details on the form.
  5. Download a Confidentiality Agreement for signature and then return to the IPA offices. (see Confidentiality Agreement below)
  6. Send in your payment. (see Payments below)
  7. You will receive an email when we receive your payment and confirm your attendance. (see Cancellation Policy below)

Confidentiality Agreement
The program participant will receive information regarding research findings and other course materials from the IPA Institute. The Confidentiality Agreement acknowledges the agreement of the participant that all information he or she receives is proprietary and confidential to the IPA Institute and that he or she shall not use the information for any purpose other than to assist their company. You may download the Confidentiality Agreement to review it now.

Payments
The IPA Institute accepts all major credit cards. The fee is due and payable to the Institute at the time of registration. A receipt is automatically generated and sent to you once you have completed all the registrations steps.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation should be necessary, we would like to remind you of our cancellation policy. The IPA Institute requires written notification by fax or email. The policy states that:

  • A substitute can be appointed at any time without penalty
  • If the cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the course, the registration fee will be fully refunded
  • If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 30 days of the course, upon your request, you will receive course credit equivalent to one-half (1/2) of the paid registration fee paid towards a different course. Course credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of the originally scheduled course and are for the use of the original attendee only. You may transfer to a different course only once.
  • If the cancellation occurs 7 days before the course, or less, you may cancel by sending written notification before the course begins, which will forfeit 80 percent of the course fee
  • If you do not show up for the course, you will forfeit your entire registration fee
