Jorge is a Project Analyst who has been with IPA since 2005. At IPA, Jorge has conducted project analyses for projects ranging in size from $100,000 USD to $1 billion USD. He has analyzed projects from the refinery, commodity, and specialty chemicals processing industries located across numerous regions including Europe, China, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. He serves as Client Coordinator for a major international oil company. He has also participated in several site benchmarkings across Europe that served to improve capital project delivery systems.
Prior to joining IPA, Jorge was a financial economist involved in industrial promotion and project evaluation, working for the Argentinean Ministry of Economy in Argentina and the United Nations Industrial Organization (UNIDO) in Italy.
Jorge has a Masters degree in Ingegneria dell’Innovazione (Industrial Business) from the Facolta d’Ingegneria, Universita degli Studi di in Bologna, Italy and a Licenciado en Economia from the Facultad de Ciencias Economicas, Universidad de Buenos Aires in Argentina. Jorge is fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Italian.
