Courses Derived from IPA's Project Knowledge
IPA Institute programs are based on specialized results from IPA's research on ~14,000 actual capital projects. IPA's extensive body of knowledge includes Best Practices on projects of all sizes and types, ranging from $0.2 million to $3+ billion, including everything from revamps to new construction, that have been executed in all regions of the world. IPA's studies cover all project cycles, from initial business idea through startup and early operation.
With its extensive databases, IPA is able to conduct research to identify the practices and characteristics that drive project outcomes. IPA is the only organization that has such quantitative research on which to base its teachings. IPA continuously updates and advances its research findings, adding more than 800 new projects to the database each year. This allows IPA to track and recognize important, timely industry trends and issues.

Public and Private Course Delivery
The IPA Institute delivers courses in both public and private settings. Any project professional with relevant experience may attend our public courses, where an added benefit is the opportunity to network with other project professionals. IPA Institute programs can also be delivered privately (in-house) for 15 to 25 project professionals representing the same company.
Privately-delivered programs can be customized to train executives, project managers, and team members on how to implement a company-wide project process. Customization can also be focused to address how differences in geographic location effects the following: methods in project execution, implications of different project practices, contracting strategies, labor productivity, implications for project performance, building megaprojects in remote locations, etc. Additionally, any of our seminars can be combined to build a session tailored to your company's interests. Contact us today to discuss holding a private course for your organization.
